Choose a Solicitor
Your solicitor will take care of the legal side of things. This includes checking the property’s background, reviewing contracts, managing the transfer of ownership, handling title documents, and sorting out any mortgage paperwork. Surveys & Valuation
To help you buy with confidence, we recommend arranging a professional RICS Home Survey, either Level 2 or Level 3. This will give you a clear picture of the property’s condition and highlight any issues to be aware of. Exchange Of Contracts
After all the necessary checks and paperwork are in place, both parties sign and exchange contracts. A deposit, usually around ten percent, is paid at this point. From here, the sale becomes legally binding, giving you the security of knowing the property is officially yours. We will keep you updated throughout this stage
Completion & Moving
On the agreed completion day, the final payment is made and the keys are handed over to you. From that moment, the home is officially yours and all legal documents are finalised.
